This Jackpot Contest ("Contest") is provided and made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") on www.amazon.in or the mobile application or mobile site thereof (collectively, "Amazon.in") Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs, and in any other terms and conditions that may be prescribed in relation to the Prize(s) (as defined hereinafter). You acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below. These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale, and the Privacy Notice of Amazon to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale, and Privacy Notice are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.
ELIGIBILITY:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest: (a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India; (b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in; (c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; (d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest; and. (e) You should have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. Amazon's employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and Amazon's affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.
DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:
1. This Contest will commence on 17th February, 2021 03:00:00 p.m. (IST) and end on 3rd March, 2021 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) ("Contest Period"). 2. In order to participate in the Contest, you must: (i) Sign-up / sign-in in to you Amazon.in account; (ii) Navigate to the FunZone page; (iii) Click on "Tap here" (Lever of Slot Machine). Each Amazon.in account will be given only one chance to play the game; and (iv) Based on the result of the images you see in all three reels, you will proceed to claim your Prize, subject to the terms provided hereunder. 3. Each prize combination / mix corresponds to either "Win" or "Chance to Win" category. A Prize, under either category, may be claimed subject to the following conditions: (a) "Win" category: If your prize combination / mix which falls under the "Win" category, you would be required to answer a qualifying question correctly, within the given time period, to be eligible to claim the Prize (on which the pointer stopped) under the "Win" category. There is limited number of Prizes available under the "Win" category. Please see the "Prizes" section below for more details. (b) "Chance to Win" category: If your prize combination / mix which falls under the "Chance to Win" category, you would be required to answer a qualifying question correctly, within the given time period, and participate in the random draw of lots. Only 1 (one) participant will be selected by such random draw of lots for each Prize, who will be declared winner and be eligible to claim the Prize (on which the pointer stopped) under the "Chance to Win" category. The draw of lots will be carried out at the end of the Contest Period. There is limited number of Prizes available under the "Chance to Win" category. Please see the "Prizes" section below for more details. 4. If you do not respond within the given time period, or answer any question incorrectly, you will not be eligible to be declared as a winner of the Prize. If you are eligible to win a Prize, you will also be required to prove your age, failing which, you will be disqualified from the Contest and will not be eligible to receive a Prize. 5. All winners will be required to have their mobile numbers verified with Amazon.in so as to claim the prize Note: Only complete entries received during the Contest Period will be considered. Each winner will be eligible to win only one Prize under this Contest.

PRIZES:
Subject to fulfilment of these T&Cs, the below "Prizes" will be awarded, under this Contest, to such number of winners as provided in the table below: S. ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the 'Details of the Contest and the How to Enter' section above.
PRIZE DRAWING:
The drawing for selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period. We will notify the selected participants by e-mail/ SMS following the draw ("Notification Date"). By agreeing to participate and enter into this contest, you agree that you have and may be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport or any other documents as may be required. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. Further, all selected participants will need to claim the Prize within 30 days from the Notification Date, failing which such selected participant will be construed to have forfeited the Prize. The procedure of claiming the Prize will be as instructed by Amazon, wherein you may be required to visit appropriate web-links and provide requisite details. Each Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). ADDITIONAL TERMS:

No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that Amazon's decisions related to the Contest are final and binding on you. Failure by Amazon to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. The decision of Amazon shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India and courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
FORCE MAJEURE:
This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Amazon ("Force Majeure Event"). Amazon shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants / winners in the Contest as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
PUBLICITY RELEASE:
By participating in the Contest, you give Amazon and/ or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow. You agree that Amazon and/ or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. You agree that Amazon and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet.
